Alex Werk

Alex Werk is a Senior Project Manager at Flint, where he leads program strategy, team execution and day-to-day operations for the Channel team. With CliftonStrengths like Arranger, Responsibility and Consistency, he’s known for keeping complex projects on track and teams aligned. Born and raised in Fargo, Alex is a Concordia College grad who started his career at Flint and never looked back. He’s an Excel enthusiast, an AI explorer and a believer in team-first wins. Outside of work, he lives in Fargo with his wife and son, loves golfing and takes pride in being the captain for the office kickball team.
